BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
To secure your reservation, there are multiple phases in the DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) booking procedure. Reaching out to the organization through email info@donaldsonluxurytravel.com to indicate your interest in going on a trip is the first step. Submission of a $300 non-transferable and nonrefundable down payment in order to confirm your reservation is required to guarantee your reservation. ALL SIGNATURE TRIPS PURCHASED WITH DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
TRIP DEPOSIT
The trip deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments made towards our Donaldson Luxury Travel Signature Trips are non-refundable and non-transferable
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
All cancellations must be in writing via email to info@donaldsonluxurytravel.com, including full name, trip name, and travel date. If no acknowledgment is received within 48 hours, call 856-261-3719.
CANCELLATION BY DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL (DLT)
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL LLC (DLT) reserves the right to cancel any reservation, providing a refund as per the refund policy.
DEPOSITS
Trip deposits due at booking to confirm reservation. Payments must align with the trip schedule; failure may result in cancellation.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds for unused services, including airfare, accommodations, and rental cars. Clients are responsible for adhering to cancellation policies and are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL PROVIDER POLICY
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL LLC (DLT) protects trade secrets regarding supplier agreements. Contact DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL LLC (DLT) for any travel-related issues. DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL LLC (DLT) collaborates with reputable travel providers but does not guarantee all suppliers will meet expectations.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
We advise our clients to research the passport and visa requirements specific to the destination they will be visiting. You are in charge of getting the required travel documents. In addition to a valid passport that is at least six (6) months ahead of the date of trip, travelers must also have any necessary visas. Important: Travelers who do not hold a U.S. passport should confirm what kind of identification is needed with the relevant consulate or visa office. Whether obtaining a visa locally upon arrival or in advance, travelers who need one should make sure their passport contains unstamped pages for their visas. Your passport or visa is not purchased by DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT), nor is it applied for.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing and payment for DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC's (DLT) signature trips and customized group travels are conveniently detailed online, including due dates and payment amounts. When it comes to making payments, you have three options at your disposal: Zelle, CashApp, and credit card payments via Donaldsonluxurytravel.com . Zelle and Cashapp payments are free and allow you to send any amount at your convenience before the specified due date. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, simply reach out to the DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) with the desired payment amount, and we will send you an invoice. However, please note that there is a processing fee associated with credit card payments.

DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) strongly encourages all clients to consider purchasing travel insurance due to the non refundable and non transferable purchase of all our trips. We understand that unforeseen events can disrupt travel plans, and purchasing travel insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection in such situations. This additional layer of coverage can help safeguard your investment and ensure a worry-free travel experience.
Whether or not you've chosen trip insurance, we believe it's essential to share this information with all travelers, as we highly recommend that each individual examines the details and acquires a policy that aligns with their specific requirements. We've collaborated with two reputable companies in the past, Allianz Travel Insurance and GeoBlue Travel Insurance. You may opt for one of them or select a different provider, but always remember to thoroughly review the terms and conditions and, in the event of a claim, contact the issuing company directly.

ITINERARY AND SERVICES
A Signature Trip with our DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) offers a carefully crafted itinerary featuring a range of services and activities, though it's important to note that these services are subject to change or substitution as needed. The provided itinerary, while thoughtfully planned, can also be adjusted if circumstances require it. To get a clear understanding of what is included in your package, please refer to the signature trip page that outlines the specific inclusions for your trip.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Under no circumstances or in any situation shall the DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or profits, for any reason arising from this Agreement. This includes instances of breach of warranty, breach of condition, breach of contract, tort, civil liability, or any other legal basis. Regardless of the situation, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC's (DLT)absolute liability related to this Agreement, whether arising from breach of warranty, breach of condition, breach of contract, tort, or any other legal claim, shall be strictly limited to the total dollar value of the fees earned by DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT).
In the event of unforeseeable disruptions, including but not limited to cancellations or changes in airline tickets, excursions, or any other aspects of the travel itinerary due to circumstances beyond the control of DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) such as weather-related occurrences, travelers hereby agree to abstain from initiating legal action against DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT). Unforeseeable disruptions may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, political unrest, health hazards, government regulations, and other events that are not reasonably foreseeable or preventable.
Travelers acknowledge that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such disruptions and may offer alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable. However, travelers understand that certain circumstances may necessitate changes to the planned itinerary or services, and DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
This clause serves to protect DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) from legal action in cases of unforeseeable disruptions, ensuring that travelers understand and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, and that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is not responsible for events beyond its control. Travelers are encouraged to consider travel insurance to mitigate potential losses in such situations.
EXPECTATIONS OF CLIENT BEHAVIOR
Respect and Courtesy: All clients are expected to treat fellow travelers, trip staff, and locals with respect, courtesy, and consideration. Disruptive, disrespectful, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
Compliance with Laws: Clients are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country as well as those governing international flights. Any unlawful behavior will result in serious consequences.
Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial to maintaining the integrity of the trip schedule. Clients are expected to be punctual for all activities, including flights to and from destinations. Delays caused by individual clients may lead to itinerary changes and will be at the client's expense.
Consequences for Disruptive or Unlawful Behavior:
In the event of disruptive or unlawful behavior during the trip, including flights to and from destinations, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) reserves the right to take appropriate action. Consequences may include but are not limited to:
Immediate Expulsion: Clients engaging in severe or repeated disruptive behavior may be immediately expelled from the trip without a refund.
Cost Liability: Clients will be held financially responsible for any damages or costs incurred due to their behavior, including flight disruptions or itinerary changes.
Legal Action: DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) reserves the right to take legal action against clients whose behavior results in legal issues or fines.
Travel Exclusions: Clients displaying disruptive or unlawful behavior may be barred from participating in future trips with DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT)
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients and will take appropriate measures to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during the trip. Clients are expected to adhere to these expectations and understand the potential consequences of disruptive or unlawful behavior.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Making changes to your bookings is a straightforward process. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees based on the timing of the request.
For cancellations, please note that all trips are non refundable and non transferable, as specified in our terms and conditions. Depending on the proximity to the trip date, varying percentages of the full payment may be retained. It is essential to review our cancellation policy, which can be found on our website, to understand the specific terms and fees associated with cancellations or modifications. We are committed to providing transparency and flexibility in managing your bookings while ensuring compliance with our policies.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute between the traveler and DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) the following process for resolving disputes, whether through arbitration, mediation, or legal action, is agreed upon:
Jurisdiction: The traveler agrees that any legal action or proceeding brought by them against DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) shall be exclusively brought in the courts of NEW JERSEY. This jurisdiction is chosen to ensure a consistent and fair process for dispute resolution.
Costs and Attorney Fees: Should the traveler initiate any legal action or proceeding in a court outside of NEW JERSEY, the traveler agrees to bear the responsibility for covering DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC's (DLT) costs and reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such action or proceeding. This provision is included to encourage the use of the chosen jurisdiction and minimize the potential for costly legal disputes in other locations.
This process ensures a clear and agreed-upon method for resolving disputes between the traveler and DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT), with an emphasis on jurisdiction and cost-sharing, promoting efficient and fair resolution of any conflicts that may arise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any visual or audio-visual footage obtained during trips curated by DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) (hereinafter "Footage") may be considered for use on our website and social media platforms. This usage allows us to showcase the unique and memorable experiences our clients have enjoyed, sharing the spirit of our journeys with our community and potential travelers. We respect the privacy and preferences of our clients, and any Footage used will be done so in accordance with applicable laws and with due consideration for individual preferences.
TERMINATION
In the event of Traveler's card being declined or payment not being made by the agreed-upon date, this agreement shall be considered breached, and DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) reserves the right to terminate the Agreement. Additionally, the same termination applies if Traveler initiates a dispute regarding charges as fraudulent. In either case, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC(DLT) may retain any funds paid by the Traveler as stipulated in this Agreement.

TRAVELER’S DUTIES AND UNDERSTANDING
Please review and initial each item below to confirm Traveler’s understanding of the following important terms which should be advised to all Travelers:
Traveler’s names provided will match EXACTLY the full name(s) as listed in each passport, including middle name(s) or initial(s), or as listed on government-issued ID for passengers traveling within the USA. Any discrepancy may result in cancellation, change fees, new and higher airfares or denial of services is the responsibility of the traveler.
If a traveler disputes a credit card transaction for "fraudulent activity," after he/she has made their monthly payment, he/she will be removed from the booking immediately.
Traveler is responsible for providing the correct travel documentation (passport, visa, identification) for the destination(s) to be visited.
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by our vendor due to schedule and/or flight changes.
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is not responsible for misplaced/stolen passports, luggage, personal items. These items must be secured by travelers at all times.
Traveler must request upgraded flight seating, extra seat, or any other travel accommodation within 30 days of booking. Any requests made after 30 days will not be honored.
Once any payment is completed, there will be no changes and no refunds. Traveler understands that by this Agreement, Traveler consents to the understanding that Traveler’s deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Traveler has read the Terms & Conditions, and agrees that Traveler’s payment and subsequent acceptance of travel documents constitutes Traveler’s acceptance, and the acceptance of Traveler’s group participation, of those Terms & Conditions.
Traveler has read and understood all terms and conditions above and all of the terms that may be reviewed at www.donaldsonluxurytravel.com. Traveler’s payment and signature below constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Traveler accepts that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) liable for any injury, damage or loss Traveler may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control. Except only liability that directly arises from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) Traveler will not hold DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) responsible for any injury, damage or loss Traveler may suffer while on any third party provided or operated excursion or activity.
Traveler will review Traveler’s documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that Traveler may contact DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) if Traveler has any questions. Traveler understands that it is Traveler’s responsibility to review the accuracy of all details in the travel quotations provided to Traveler and to confirm the same to DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT)
Traveler understands that all reservation fares typically involve restrictions (including, but not limited to, restrictions related to cancellation) and that changing any aspect of Traveler’s travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
Traveler understands that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires Traveler to carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight. Traveler has been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same data that is listed on Traveler’s airline ticket and Traveler’s booking records. Traveler acknowledges that Traveler’s failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Traveler to Traveler’s flight.
Traveler understands that if traveling internationally, Traveler must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, Traveler may need to obtain one or more visas. Passport must be valid for 6 months prior to departure for international travel.
DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of travel service providers selected for Traveler’s tour, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which Traveler may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at 1-888-407-4747 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at 1-800-232-4636 or www.cdc.gov/travel.
Traveler assumes full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of Traveler’s destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).
Traveler agrees that any action or proceeding brought by Traveler against DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) shall be brought solely in the courts of NEW JERSEY. In the event any action or proceeding is initiated by Traveler in a court outside of NEW JERSEY, Traveler agrees to pay DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC's (DLT) costs and reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such action or proceeding.
I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted hotels, restaurants, museums and other services that comprise my tour program and that local regulations and restrictions, as well as staff shortages, may impact my tour resulting in the potential for unavoidable hotel and/or itinerary amendments prior to my trip. I understand that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) will inform me of those changes as soon as reasonably possible and accept that hotels may be substituted with alternatives of an equal or higher standard and that itineraries may be amended to
accommodate changing conditions.
I understand that if DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) issues my airline tickets, I am responsible for checking the information provided within 24 hours. Beyond the initial 24-hour grace period, the Traveler accepts responsibility for any accruing charges related to modifications and adjustments to the booking.Once issued, airline tickets are subject to prevailing airline assessed change or cancellation fees.
I acknowledge that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) does not have authority over airline alterations and is not liable for any airline adjustments or cancellations. Travelers are required to initiate a claim directly with the airline and their travel insurance provider.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to procure my own personal trip insurance, and that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) is not responsible for providing travel insurance on my behalf.
I understand that by my agreement, I consent to the potential for post-purchase price increases due to increases in fuel surcharges and/or government taxes.
I understand that tours are active and may require walking over uneven surfaces or navigating steep steps or slopes. I understand that wheelchairs, walkers, scooters and service animals are not permitted on international walking tours.
I understand that tour participants with any form of physical disability, sight or hearing impairment, which may prevent readily understanding and following instructions provided by the Tour Manager, are required to provide notification prior to reservation and that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour who has not provided such notification. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger.
I understand that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) collects personal information to enable the provision of tour services for this reservation including to process payments, provide the minimum required information to vendors delivering services, send documentation, convey important information pertaining to this trip, request feedback or evaluations of our services, send marketing communications to which I have subscribed, and that I am responsible to obtain consent to share personal information for all travelers on this reservation.
I understand that DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) has spent years building their relationships and consider the details of their supplier agreements to be proprietary and confidential trade secrets. Therefore, DONALDSON LUXURY TRAVEL, LLC (DLT) cannot disclose the names of our suppliers to our clients or to anyone else outside their organization.
