Am I able to book after a destination is closed?

Yes, you can make a booking after a destination is closed, provided that you have made all outstanding payments or are up to date on your payments. This ensures that your booking remains valid and confirmed.

Is there a book Land Only option, so I can arrive earlier than the group, and what are my options?

Fortunately, we have an option for a Land Only booking, which allows you to arrive at your destination earlier than the group. It's important to note that this is available as a request only. For further assistance for this accommodation, we kindly request that you get in touch with DLT, and our team will be happy to assist you with your specific requirements.

Am I able to book multiple trips at one time?

Yes, you can book multiple trips at one time. However, we do request that you maintain a separate payment schedule for each trip to ensure clarity and accurate processing of payments for each individual destination. We will also provide reminders for payment of each trip.

Can you book more than 2 people in a double room?

No, the double room is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests, as it typically contains either one king-sized bed or two double beds. If you have more than two guests, we recommend booking a triple room for three guests or a quad room for four guests, as these options provide the necessary space and bedding arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

What if my spouse/partner is traveling with me, should we book a single room to guarantee one bed?"

No. Instead, you can reserve a double room and ensure that both names, yours and your spouse/partner's, are included on the reservation. This will guarantee a room suitable for both of you.

What happens if I miss my flight, and arrive later than the group?

In the case that you miss your flight, it will be your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for your new travel plans. Once you have secured your new travel arrangements, we kindly request that you inform DLT so that we can do our best to assist with the rearrangement of your transfer details to synchronize with the group's itinerary.
